Composite Deck sheet is a steel profile with ribs, embossments which helps in binding with Concrete slab and
together forms a part of the floor structure. This interlocking between the concrete and the floor deck creates a
reinforced concrete slab that serves the dual purpose of permanent shuttering and reinforcement. Nowadays Composite decking has become the most effective method of constructing floors in steel buildings and very useful in high rise buildings.

Our Decksheets are available in 44 mm and 52 mm depth profiles with thickness range of 0.63 mm to 2 mm
Length :Upto 12000 mm
Material : CR Steel, HR Steel, Galvanized, Colour coated
Type :Bare, Primer coated, Galvanized, Pre-painted
Yield Strength : 240 Mpa to 350 Mpa (550 Mpa available)

1. Material : Cr/Galvanized /Colour Coated
2. The properties given are for 1m width of profile
3. Limiting deflection is taken as Span/250
4. Allowable loads are applicable for sheets spanning over four supports & for permanent shuttering only
5. Loads may be multiplied by a factor of 0.8 for sheets spanning over 2 or 3 supports
6. Thickness of 1.6 & 2.0 mm deck sheet are available in GP/Hr/Cr steel
7. Mentioned allowable loads are excluding of self weight of Deck sheet
