SOLID POLYCARBONATE SHEET
Solid sheets combine unbeleivable strength, excellent clarity and designing flexibility along with other properties
inherent to making it a favorite for numerous Glazing, Roofing and protection Applications over the past decade.
High Impact Strength :
PC Sheets offer an extremely high impact resistance (upto 250m times that of glass and 30 times that of acrylic) making it virtually unbreakable. These are rated at an impact energy of >200 Nm and qualify for the highest performance rating for security glazing as per various international standards.
Light Transmission :
PC Sheets allow 40% – 90% (translucent or transparent) light transmission making it perfect for skylight / canopy
applications. These sheets made from UV -stabilized resin ensures that the light transmission can be maintained over many years even under direct sunlight.
Design Freedom:
PC Sheets can be installed with a curve under stress. The flexible sheets lend themselves to unique designing for
various applications such as skylights, canopies, walkays etc.

High Impact Strength :
Corrugated Polycarbonate sheet offers high impact resistance at least 5 times that of FRP, minimizing the risk of
breakage.
Resistance to ‘yellowing’ :
Corrugated Polycarbonate sheet has a protective layer on one side, which minimizes the damaging effects of UV
radiation in sunlight.
Tailored light transmission :
Transparent Corrugated Polycarbonate sheet allows light transmission upto 89% and opaque sheet virtually dos not
transmit light.
Fire Performance :
A limited oxygen index of 25 makes sheets self extinguishing and non- propagating. These sheets have been given the highest rating for any thermoplastic glazing material by various regulatory bodies world over.
